Many countries have blocked international commercial flights. But certain flights are still happening, including planes with undocumented immigrants being deported to their home countries. The flights are controversial because of concerns that the detainees have been exposed to COVID-19 in crowded US detention facilities and may risk efforts to halt the spread of the virus worldwide.
