Colombia vote signals political shift

Left-wing senator Gustavo Petro, who was also mayor of Bogotá, was elected as president by Colombian voters on Sunday. It was a first-time victory for a political progressive in Colombia. The World’s Latin America correspondent Jorge Valencia reports from Bogotá.
