Christo’s plan to wrap Arc de Triomphe comes to fruition

On Monday, workers will finish wrapping the Champs-Élysées landmark in Paris in 270,000 square feet of metallic blue fabric. It is a posthumous installation designed by artists Christo and Jean-Claude. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports.
