Migrants are desperate to get into Poland, but the right-wing government doesn’t want them. So poets and artists in Warsaw held a concert called “Chopin was a refugee too.” But as The Economist’s Europe correspondent Matt Steinglass found out, not everyone in Poland feels that way.
