A cyberattack on the Marriott hotel chain that collected the private information of about 500 million guests was discovered in September and only revealed last month. Now, all signs point to a Chinese intelligence-gathering campaign being behind the hack. The World’s Carol Hills talks to Will Carter, the deputy director of the Technology Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
