Chinese fishing armada off the coast of Galapagos alarms environmentalists

The Ecuadorian government expressed outrage this past summer at a vast Chinese fishing armada that hovered around the Galapagos Islands, fishing for squid. The marine conservation group Oceana discovered a fleet of hundreds of Chinese fishing boats right next to the islands in July. Illegal fishing and transparency expert for Oceana, Marla Valentine, tells host Marco Werman how these boats were detected, and what small countries can do to fight back.
