China locks down 28 million people amid COVID-19 concerns

China, which had no deaths from COVID-19 on its mainland for eight months, has responded to reports of 500 new cases by locking down 28 million people in northern provinces. The World’s Rebecca Kanthor tells host Carol Hills that people thousands of miles from the outbreak are growing anxious and responding with extreme caution.
