China-India retreating from high-stakes border face-off

Tensions appear to be easing between China and India. Both nations are pulling back troops from a disputed land border high up in the Himalayas. For more than two years, the common border has been a flash point. Chinese and Indian soldiers have been locked in standoff there, and at times, they have clashed violently. The World’s Patrick Winn speaks with host Marco Werman.
