China heat wave and floods

Officials in the United Kingdom issued a “red warning” to the public, reminding people to take precautions to stay safe in the sweltering heat. Parts of Europe are seeing wildfires burn out of control. But extreme weather is hitting China too, where the city of Shanghai just saw its hottest temperatures in 150 years. The World’s Shanghai correspondent Rebecca Kanthor speaks with host Marco Werman about how the heat is impacting people’s lives there.
