China and vaccine diplomacy

Countries around the world are scrambling to obtain COVID-19 vaccines for their citizens, and China is in a position to provide them. This “vaccine diplomacy” could both improve China’s image with relation to the pandemic and shore up its strategic partnerships. Host Marco Werman speaks to Yanzhong Huang, senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations and professor and director of global health studies at Seton Hall University’s School of Diplomacy and International Relations.
