China touts its ability to bring alleged criminals who’ve fled the country back home to face justice. But human rights groups say their methods are illegal and that they’re going after political dissidents as well. Beijing has set up a global network of overseas police stations to help pursue government targets, including in Spain. Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona.
