Chatbots making mistakes when translating medical advice in some languages

The three most commonly spoken languages in the world after English are Mandarin, Spanish and Hindi. But a new study shows that two popular chatbots are not always giving correct medical information when they provide answers to questions asked in those languages. Host Carolyn Beeler speaks with Yiqiao Jin, a lead author of the study, which is currently featured in Scientific American.
