Ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh

Armenian separatist forces in Azerbaijan’s breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh surrendered on Wednesday, 24 hours after Azerbaijani forces began an offensive to take full control of its territory. Host Carol Hills speaks with Richard Giragosian, director of the Regional Studies Center think tank in Yerevan, about this latest skirmish in the longstanding conflict over the Azerbaijani region which is home to 120,000 ethnic Armenians.
