A judge in Italy has lifted a house arrest order and freed Carola Rackete, the captain of Sea Watch, an NGO search-and-rescue ship carrying rescued migrants. Rackete had been detained over the weekend after she defied Italian authorities and docked the ship on the island of Lampedusa. Host Marco Werman speaks with Ruben Neugebauer, a spokesman for Sea Watch, about the case.
