Just a couple of months ago, Canada was struggling with a vaccination program. But it’s now leading the world in vaccinating its citizens against the coronavirus. As Anita Elash reports from Toronto, Canada’s success is thanks to what was initially a controversial strategy, delaying the second dose of the vaccine by several months.
