On the 12th day of the United Autoworkers strike, President Joe Biden joined the picketers in Wayne County, Michigan. Historians say it’s a first for a US president. The UAW strike involves American autoworkers but Canada and Mexico play a critical role in the supply chain of the US auto industry.
