In central Africa, Burundi has declared seven days of mourning after President Pierre Nkurunziza died in the hospital of a heart attack. An official period of mourning, yes. But Nkurunziza was widely accused of repeated human rights abuses in his 15 years as Burundi’s leader. Host Marco Werman has more.
