Diana Kennedy was a British chef and author who, after spending decades researching the cuisine, became a legend in Mexican cooking. She wrote nine cookbooks, won four James Beard awards and earned the title of the “Mick Jagger of Mexican Cooking.” She died at her home in Michoacán, Mexico at the age of 99.
