Experts are saying that Bosnia is facing its worst crisis in 26 years, after its Serb minority voted to withdraw from multiethnic institutions established in the wake of the 1990s civil war in an attempt to establish its own courts, tax system and army. The resolutions created a six-month countdown, which has set the international community racing to prevent the renewed outbreak of civil war.
