Authorities managed to avoid a worst-case scenario at the holiest site in Jerusalem during the overlapping religious holidays of Easter, Passover and Ramadan that ended a few weeks ago. Now, things are getting “back to normal” at the Noble Sanctuary, as Muslims know the site, location of the al-Aqsa mosque and Dome of the Rock. It’s also revered by Jews as the Temple Mount.
