Avoiding the sun at the beach in Dubai

At Kite Beach in Dubai, the temperature regularly tops 100 degrees. It can be dangerous to be outside. That’s why the city has created several night beaches, complete with flood lights,  lifeguards, food stands, games and rides. Stacey Vanek Smith reports on how one city in the United Arab Emirates is adapting to a warmer climate.
