The World

An Australian graduate student who went missing in North Korea has reappeared in China. Alek Sigley lives in Pyongyang, North Korea, were he was apparently detained 10 days ago. The 29-year-old had little to say to reporters as he arrived in Beijing today. The World’s Patrick Winn had previously reported on Sigley’s unusual life as a student in Pyongyang.
