As Merkel era ends, who will be her successor? 

Angela Merkel has been the face of German politics for over 15 years. But now the country has taken a major step toward finding her replacement. Armin Laschet has been chosen to head Merkel’s political party, the Christian Democrats (CDU). But when Merkel finally steps down in September, there’s no guarantee he’ll be the man who’ll be running the country. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
