An investigation by the Associated Press has revealed massive corruption at the World Health Organization offices in Syria. The WHO is an arm of the United Nations, which continues to operate in Syria despite the ongoing civil war there. The World’s host Marco Werman spoke with Bassam Barabandi, a former Syrian diplomat, about the UN’s role in corrupt activities in Syria.
