Michael Taylor and his son Peter Taylor pled guilty in a Tokyo court this week. They’re charged with hiding former Nissan chairman Carlos Ghosn in a box and helping him flee Japan in 2019 in order to dodge charges of financial improprieties. Daniel Medwed, a professor of law and criminal justice at Northeastern University, talks with The World’s Marco Werman about the case.
