Amazon workers have long been unionized in France, Italy, Spain and Germany. Christy Hoffman has been watching how unions changed conditions for workers on the ground there. Hoffman speaks with The World’s Carol Hills about the rights and benefits European workers are fighting for to offset the grueling pace, and intense mental and physical stress of Amazon jobs.
