Almost 10 women are killed daily in Mexico, spurring mass protests

Mass demonstrations on International Women’s Day have become a focal point for social movements across Latin America. In Chile, women are advocating for their rights to be prioritized in the drafting of a new constitution. In Colombia, they are lobbying for abortion rights. And in Mexico, they’re fighting against pervasive violence against women. We hear the story told by the Mexican activist Arussi Unda.
