Airline strikes in Europe promise cancellations and chaos for summer tourists

The largest carrier for flights between Spain and the rest of Europe is Ryan Air, the airline known best for its low-cost, no-frills service. But its workers are starting to strike, and this could cause real havoc for tourists. Airport staffing shortages are already creating delays and, as Gerry Hadden reports from Spain and France, things may get much worse before they get better.
