Aid groups question rescue operation 

Earlier this month, a migrant child drowned off the coast of the Greek island of Samos after the boat he, his father, and other migrants were on capsized. Advocates are now raising questions about the way the Greek and EU authorities responded to the incident. The World’s Lydia Emmanouilidou reports from Athens.
