Agricultural burning brings fire near Machu Picchu heritage site

An agricultural burning has caused fires not too far away from the Machu Picchu archaeological site. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with Diego Carhuaricra, a coordinator of the Permaculture Center with the Chaikuni Institute, about the origins of the agricultural burnings and how beneficial they are to the environment.
