Five months after Aghanis voted, incumbent Ashraf Ghani has been declared the winner of the presidential election in Afghanistan. Ghani had just over 50% of the vote, and his top opponent Abdullah Abdullah won over 39% of the vote. The World’s host Marco Werman has the details.
