A terrorist or a reformer?

The civil war in Syria has been raging for a decade now with no end in sight. But as President Bashar al-Assad consolidates his control over most of the country, there is one rebel leader in the strongest position to defy him. Abu Mohammad al-Jolani is also, however, according to most of the Western world, a terrorist. Martin Smith is the first American journalist to sit down and interview Jolani. He speaks with Carol Hills about his Frontline documentary about him, “The Jihadist,” that airs on PBS stations this week.
