Arturo O’Farrill & his Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra performed a series of concerts along the border between Tijuana and San Diego last year. Sharing the bill were musicians from all over the globe including Iraq, Iran, Mexico and the French Chilean rapper Ana Tijoux.
