A new wave of Nazi trials raises questions

Germany is rushing to bring aging former Nazis to trial before time runs out. The latest example is Bruno Dey —  a former guard at Stutthof concentration camp who is charged with more than 5,000 counts of accessory to murder. Dey is 93 years old, but being tried in juvenile court. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports that this trial and those like it are raising questions about the best ways to pursue justice after so much time has passed.
