 In an exclusive interview with the BBC’s Orla Guerin, President Nicolás Maduro says his country is not suffering from hunger and that humanitarian aid from Western countries aims to destabilize his country. In response, Alejandro Guzmán, a Venezuelan lawyer based in Caracas, says his country desperately needs international aid. Guzmán tells host Marco Werman that in the evenings, Venezuelans are eating from garbage cans.
