Traumatized Facebook moderators blame bosses

A moderator’s job at Facebook is to watch hundreds of disturbing videos a day and flag them for removal from the platform. But that work takes its toll. In Spain, one moderator successfully sued his employer, TELUS International, holding it responsible for his mental illness. Meanwhile, his attorney’s phone is ringing with calls from other moderators looking for help too. The World’s Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona.
