As the war in Ukraine enters its third year, both sides are looking for ways to replenish their forces, after losing thousands of soldiers With fewer Ukrainians wanting to serve, Ukraine has also boosted efforts to recruit fighters from Latin America. Many of these new recruits are Colombian military veterans. Manuel Rueda reports from Bogota.
