The Financial Times is reporting that China is poised to make next-generation smartphone processors and may do so as early as this year. Lee, a researcher at the Leiden Asia Centre in The Netherlands, and a visiting fellow at the Institute for Southeast Asian Studies at the National University of Singapore.
