A government plan to restore the smallest of Egypt’s Giza pyramids is causing outrage among archaeologists who have compared it to “straightening the Tower of Pisa.” The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Monica Hanna, Egyptologist and professor at the Arab Academy of Sciences in Cairo, about the plan to reconstruct the cladding from blocks that are currently scattered around the structure.
