Greenland ice sheet melting causing alarm among scientists

Scientists with the Sheet Mass Balance Inter-comparison Exercise team or IMBIE are alarmed at the rate of melting for Greeland’s ice sheet. Host Marco Werman spoke with Andrew Shephard, co-leader of the IMBIE team, about the factors behind the accelerating rate of melting in Greenland and what it means for future weather patterns.
