Authorities in the United Kingdom convicted two more conspirators involved in a cash-smuggling operation between Britain and the UAE. They were booked as first-class travelers with generous luggage allowances. They then packed their bags full of cash allegedly linked to criminal activity in the UK. The effort to get the money to Dubai, of all places, was purposeful. The World’s host Carolyn Beeler talks with Matthew T.
