French archaeologists discover ancient urban area in Ecuador rainforest

A massive new discovery has been in made in Ecuador’s Amazon rainforest. Through the use of sattelite imaging, French archeologists have discovered a huge network of ancient cities. Host Carol Hills spoke with the co-author of the study, Antoine Dorison, to get all the details of the discovery and how it was made. And archeologist Sarah Rowe reacts to the discovery, and its impact on our understanding of South America’s ancient civilizations.
