Blow the cobwebs out of your brain with ‘uitwaaien’

After a long day working in front of a computer, it can be all too easy to fall onto the couch and stay there. But people in the Netherlands say that’s actually the perfect time to go outside and go “uitwaaien.” The World’s Bianca Hillier explains.
