Assassination plot in the US allegedly traces back to govt of India

A US federal indictment alleges that a Sikh activist named Gurpatwant Singh Pannun was the target of a murder-for-hire. The US government says that Nikhil Gupta was the facilitator working with an Indian official who remains unnamed. Host Marco Werman talks with Sumit Ganguly, a professor at Indiana University who is an expert on national security affairs in India, about what the indictment says and what it means for US relations with India.
