Could a small Swedish town have the solution for loneliness?

Loneliness can be as bad for your health as 15 cigarettes a day, the World Health Organization said this month. In Sweden, a third of 16- to 19-year-olds say they are experiencing problems as a result of loneliness. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports that Luleå, in northern Sweden, has set out to do something about it.
