Aging oil storage ships pose coastal risks

A 46-year-old oil storage vessel, Trinity Spirit, which exploded off the coast of Nigeria last year, was part of a class of vessels that stores oil at sea. More than 30 such ships older than the Trinity Spirit are still operating around the world. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with reporter Helen Wieffering, who led an Associated Press team investigating the growing safety problem posed by what some call “floating bombs.”
