Gaza on the brink as fuel crisis escalates

UN aid operations in Gaza are in jeopardy more than two weeks after Israel banned fuel shipments into the territory. The UN agency that provides aid to civilians says it must halt operations on Wednesday night if no new fuel is delivered. The World’s Marco Werman talks with Sean Carroll, head of the relief group Anera, about how aid can be delivered in Gaza without it falling into the hands of the militant group Hamas.
