Mystery surrounds damage to undersea cables in Baltic Sea

NATO plans to step up patrols in the Baltic Sea, following damage on Oct. 8 to underwater telecom cables running between Finland, Sweden and Estonia. A gas pipeline stretching from Finland to Estonia has also been damaged. The three governments have so far not said who they think is behind the suspected attacks. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry has more.
