The World

NASA astronaut Frank Rubio returned to Earth from the international space station today. He was in continuous space flight for 371 days — a record for US astronauts. Rubio's return along with Russian cosmonauts comes at a time when US-Russia relations are in question. Host Carolyn Beeler speaks with Christopher D. Johnson, a space law advisor at the Secure World Foundation.
