The near-Earth asteroid Bennu is not on a collision course with Earth. At least not this century. But it came close enough for a NASA spacecraft to circle it and scoop up a sample of pristine asteroid dust that may contain clues about the origin of our solar system. Host Carol Hills speaks with Carly Howett, a professor of space instrumentation at the University of Oxford, about the asteroid, the spacecraft, and the priceless dust sample that will drop to Earth on Sunday.
